HUNGARIAN COOKBOOK

A collection of recipes compiled by the members of the Women's Guild of the Magyar Reformed Church, Perth Amboy, NJ. The first edition of  this cookbook was printed in 1961 and since then this is the 9th edition, having all the recipes from the first version and a couple of new ones as well.


Who CAN JOIN OUR CHURCH?

Everybody is welcomed to join us. There is no "but" or "If". You are welcomed. And you are welcomed because Jesus welcomes everybody. Let us worship together and grow in faith!

Organist wanted

Our Church is currently seeking an organist who shares our joyful dedication to our Lord.  The Church is blessed to have a “2 manual, 7 ranks M. P. Möller” pipe organ. Currently we do not have a choir. 

Position Requirements:
Be a Bible believing Christian
Play weekly Sunday church services, currently 9:00am in English and 10:30am in Hungarian.  These services include a prelude, offertory, postlude and a minimum of 5 hymns.
Play holiday/special church services to include, but not limited to: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Good Friday, Ash Wednesday, Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day.
Knowledge of the Hungarian language is a plus, but it is NOT required.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
